Voice Overlay is a 3rd party program that shows in text the name of the speaker when someone is speaking in Vent or TS. It is extremely useful when you join a new guild and you don't know anyones voice. :P

You have to start the program before starting WoW or any game. It works with every game I play, even though it doesn't list them.
CAUTION: known bug:
"game will crash if you close Voice Overlay during playing (while gone with ALT+TAB to windows)" from the readme.txt.
