This is one of the most difficult encounters in MC. You can do Shazzrah in Garr's room or in his if you clear all the mobs around him. There is a couple differences in the way this mob can be taken down. You can either spread out in a half circle with a warrior placed evenly around the or you can form three groups with each group in at max range, placed at 11 o'clock, 7 o'clock, and 3 o'clock. (Imagine the room as a clock...). The MT should be located in the center of the room. When the raid is ready the hunter should use Eyes of the Beast and pull Shazz back to the room. When the pet dies the hunter should run straight to the tank (have aspect of the cheetah on). After Shazz is pulled he almost always will blink to one of the groups. MAKE SURE TARGET OF TARGET IS ON. Once he blinks he will randomly target someone in the raid. At this point in time that person (or a tank that is close if your in the 3 group setup) should pull Shazz directly to the MT. Absolutely no DoTS should be used in this fight seeing as how it will make it harder for the MT to get aggro. Also all dps should be stopped when Shazz blinks. Once Shazz is secured by the MT, in the middle of the room, you should begin attacking right away. A mage should cast Detect Magic on him at this point. If Shazz cast Deaden Magic a priest should dispell it immediately. Around 45 secs after the first blink he will blink again. Repeat the same strategy as before. Shazz will also cast the Curse of Shazz... which needs to be decursed immediately.
