Use the hunters to pull the guards to your tanks against the wall. The MT should drag Gehennas back to the lava and secure aggro on him at this point. You should have two groups of healing and decursing everyone in their party during this time also. The guard tanks need to be given extra time to secure the guards, as they do a large AOE stun. Also for this reason the guard tanks should be spread out enough that they aren't getting hit by both guards on the AOE stun. The casters should be at max range also so they will not be inflicted by this stun interrupting whatever spell they are casting. After the guards are dead, the raid force needs to move to gehennas.
Gehenna's does a very dangerous curse (Curse of Geh...) that needs to be taken off by the druids/mages. He will also cast Rain of Fire which everyone in the raid needs to pay attention to. If you are getting hit, get away. The MT can either move Gehennas to a safe spot then start dps'ing away again, or he can stand there and tank it. With the heals that should be coming in the Rain will not affect them much with good FR. His last ability is a shadow bolt the inflicts 2250-2750 damage. The priest should have shadow protection on all members of the group seeing as how his first shadow bolt will hit the MT (highest on the threat list hopefully) then in 3-6 secs will randomly target a player in the raid.
You can fight Gehenna's two ways if you have enough healers/decursers the melee can dps can rush Gehenna's. If you do not have enough, then this fight should be a ranged dps fight. Once again if the raid is getting hit by Rain of Fire then they should move immediately to avoid serious damage.
