Heroic Dungeons...any luck?

Just curious how many of you have gone through heroic dungeons entirely and wondering how they went for you. I've attempted 3 different heroic instances now, and not done really well. My impression of them is they are like mini kharazans. If you don't have your CC's under control you're going to wipe. Tank can typically only handle one mob on him at a time and if a caster gets agro and actually gets hit... well forget about it, they're toast.

It's obviously a healing staff, I mean since when did druids hold staves ? ;D
