Here is a tentative approach to raiding for the next few weeks. As always these are based on the assumption that we have the proper numbers/classes for raids to work.
Tuesday night 6:30 Kara till we get Moroes then High King and Gruul
Wednesday night 6:30 (or raid appropriate time) Kara till Prince OR till raid group needs to stop.
Thursday night (optional) Optional bosses in Kara... Netherspite, Illhoof, Maiden, Nightbane (not in any particular order.
Sunday night 25 Man 6:30... either Gruul (if he didn't die on Tuesday) SSC or Magtheridon.
Again this is a tentative plan. It seems that both raid groups are capable of downing the Prince on Wed night, so this completely looks possible. Aside from Tuesday nights fixed time of 6:30 start time, Kara raids need only be coordinated with the raid leader. That means if your raid group can field enough for Friday... go for it. We are now at the point where we should be pushing 25 man content. Kara is now merely a way to gear up some of our newer players and to fill out some gear for our older players.
That being said... we really need to make sure we're ON TIME for raid start. 9 minutes is NOT hardly late, 9 minutes late means you might not get a spot. Our numbers have now swelled to the point where spots will be harder to get, so make sure you are on time. I recommend 15 minutes prior to raid start. Do not complain to the raid if you are late/not paying attention when we start invites. What is most important is that we communicate when we can or cannot make a raid. The officers are all paying much more attention to who shows up when.
That being said, I look forward to getting Gruul tonight and SSC soon.
