governments do this things once in a while so they can say that there actualy doing something to help their people. is like when the goverment creates a recycling campain here on the us or any other country..or a politics stun by some1 that wants to jump to pressident...in other words another government facade to say they are actualy doing somethng good for their country.

lol i was just there for a month and my friend tells me BC hasn't even been released yet in China and they have no idea when they will finish with the translatating. He didn't tell me anything about the undead being fleshed though =/
