7:00 Server time should be our first karazhan run. This assumes a couple of things, first that we have 10 ppl attuned, and second, that we have a good balance of players. To that end, I will warn people right now, some people are going to get left out of the raid, there are only 10 spots, so if we have 11 or more people show up, some people will get left out.
Our decisions as to who will go will be based almost exclusively upon class balance and needs of the raids. This means that if 5 warlocks show up, 3 of you will probably not be able to attend, unless we are shorthanded.
Karazhan will be harder than just about anythign else we've done to this point and will require a whole lot of effort. (Goodness knows it took a lot of effort to get ready for raiding again.)
My suggestion for everyone is to:
A. Be there on time. If you are late, I can almost guarantee you will be on a waitlist.
B. Be prepared to respec. We are an endgame raiding guild, this means that some specs are more valuable than others. We will not "force" anyone to respec. However if there are 2 priests present and one is holy and the other shadow, well you can guess who's going to get the spot. (Assuming spots are limited)
C. Don't be disappointed if you don't make the first raid and are waitlisted. People drop raid. There are also plenty of 5 mans that can be run for gear upgrades. There are also your guildies who aren't attuned who will be needing runs. The faster we get 20 ppl attuned, the faster we can have a second raid group going.
D. Noone will be allowed to raid who does not have Vent installed. You do not have to speak on vent, so a microphone isn't necessary, but you MUST be able to hear my directions on Vent, there are NO exceptions to this rule.
E. Finally there will be a post after this, but before Sunday putting in writing some of the rules the guild has always held to. After much officer discussion and the suggestions of many members, we will be putting those rules into writing. You will be required to read em and sign after em. (Nothing new, just the normal.. don't be a jerk, don't swear like a one-eyed carpenter, donate 35g a week to the Loren needs an epic mount fund. Ok, well the last one is optional, but the others are important.)
I will do as I have always done and try to make this as fair and fun as I can. There will be a lot of opportunities for people to raid, and I will do everything I can to make this fun.
