As we head into the New Year there are a lot of things going on here. We started a few months ago with the intention of raiding endgame. We worked our tails off in ZG, wiped a million times on Luci and just last week, downed Rag. I'd say thats a pretty good start for any guild.
In the coming year, I'd really like to see us pushing new content. Fighting with other guilds to be the first to down new bosses, get phat lewts n such. However, no matter how many bosses we drop, lewts we get, or honors we receive, remember... this is all about fun. Have a good time while you are raiding with us. Have a good time improving your character, if you aren't having fun, you're in the wrong guild.
In other news, we are looking for a new Raid officer. This is not a replacement, but we currently have 2 free nights (Friday and Saturday). During those nights we currently PvP, which is great, but it would be better to have a PvP officer. Thats what we are looking for, someone who is thoroughly equipped with knowledge of all 3 PvP arenas, as well as prepared to learn new strats for the newest of the PvP areas, ARENA.
If you have not received your Ony attunement xmas bonus, pls send me in game mail before xmas. I will make it a point to see you in game. You may also approach Cowl, Pleasuremesh, or Haephestus.
Lastly we will be having a new contest. Once Burning Crusade comes out we will be having a contest to see who can hit 70 First. There will be quite a few prizes. First, and largest, will be the first member to Lvl to 70, they will receive 200dkp. There will also be a prize for the first member of each class (Excluding paladin) to hit 70, 100 DKP (Excluding the member who hits 70 first.) The first person to lvl a Pally to 70 will receive 150 DKP.
