spirit would be helpful for resting cos mana regen is higher...but the mana regen tick is while casting...which is helpful... the redeemer staff would give you more of a mana pool to draw from plus casting mana ticks...the other gives you less of a mana pool but while not casting your mana would regen faster... hmmm...i've seen healers who swear by one or the other...personal preferences... in short...which would you think is more beneficial to your style of play

Think I may stick with mine now that i look at it. I forgot that my tree of life healing buff is increased by the amount of spi I have.... "While in tree form I increase healing received by 25% of my total Spirit for all my party members within 45 yards". Gonna have to work on getting more spirit items/enchants. I currently have 406 spi. 406 * .25= 101.5 + to healing for all heals on a party member. Would be nice to get that higher without hurting much of my other stats... armory.worldofwarcraft.com/#character-sheet.xml?r=Azjol-Nerub&n=Hellzbellz

I did some experimenting and found that 2 spirit is equal to 1 mp5 when not casting, however when you are mp5 is still regening mana. So really an item needs a lot of spirit for it to be better than another with mp5, but 50 spirit is a lot more than 10 mp5, plus your tree bonus, so the spirit staff would be better.
